There's an Appendix that lists lots of  foods that you can eat and what serving size is appropriate. This is  great if you need guidance on what kinds of foods to eat. By the way, an  optional meal plan guide is available if you want to take the guesswork  out of daily menu preparation (highly recommended).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Each plan  comes with several bonuses.
